WLCB-TV is a religious television station serving Orlando, Florida, licensed to nearby Leesburg, with studios at the corner of Michigan Street and I-4 in Orlando. Broadcasting as TV Heaven, the station is owned locally by Good Life Broadcasting, and broadcasts on UHF channel 45, with a digital signal on channel 45. WLCB-TV is affiliated with Total Living Network, FamilyNet, World Harvest Television, Faith TV and The Worship Network. It has operated since December 12, 2000.
The station was operated in a duopoly with Good Life's original station, WTGL-TV channel 52, from WLCB's launch until September 2006, when WTGL was sold to TBN. Currently, the two stations still share the same studio, but in 2007, WLCB will move to the former studios of WKCF in Lake Mary.[citation needed]
