Give me your views of wolf introduction in wyoming

I live close to an area where wolves were reintroduced. I have heard opponents of reintroduction claim that the introduced wolves were much larger than the wolves that originally inhabited the area. The majority of the information I have gleaned from the internet indicates that this is not true.
