WWA was founded in 2001, not 2002. They did their first shows in 2001 (I went to one - the 19th October 2001 show in Perth, Australia).
Note - Eddie Guerrero never worked a show for WWA. He was originally booked to appear on the 2002 April Australian Tour, but he was signed by Vince McMahon prior to this (and consequently was given an IC title reign) and never worked the dates he was booked for.
