This leads one to believe all their drums are built in Japan. In today's globalized world few companies build all their products in the home nation's or just two nations. Drop 900 bucks on a set of Yamaha Stage Custom Nouveau Standard and you got "Made in Indonesia." Not saying anything is wrong with this drumset. I'd like to have a set but their marketing is misleading and has been cut and pasted in to the article.
Rogers introduced a ball and socket mounting system before yamaha.
