Yeppoon State High School

Yeppoon State High School, is located in Yeppoon, Queensland, Australia on Rawlings Street.
Opened in 1960, Yeppoon State High School or Yeppoon High as known to locals, comprises 950 students (2006) from an area ranging from Byfield to the north, Zilzie to the south, and Mount Chalmers and Cawarral in the west.
Yeppoon State High School is the only Government-run secondary school on the Capricorn Coast. A new Central Queensland Institute of TAFE campus is located adjacent to the school.
The current principal of the school is Ms Roseanne McDade who has been prinicpal since 2001.
