Yuri Ushakov

Yuri Ushakov (b. Moscow, 13 March 1947) is a Russian career diplomat. He is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and has been Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States since January 1999.
He commented on the Beslan school massacre:
- terrorists will never stop killing us if they are not stopped and eliminated with all the power and might of our nation and that of the civilized world. [1]
