How come you deleted all the content on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YRFN!?
You left this as the reason: After removing POV and non-verifiable claims, there is very little content left.
I included SCREENSHOTS!
[edit] Hi Zapptastic!
I received a communication from you regarding the addition of various external links to MonologueSearch.com. I honestly want to have Monologue Search used as a source for monologues on the internet! It is totally free and I'd love to see it start getting more exposure. This site is something that the theatre community desperately needs. How would you suggest we link information about the individual authors to Wikipedia? We are getting new monologue contributions every day and I'm hoping that we will increase our membership base and consequently, our database strength. I want this to be available to everyone. That's the whole reason we're doing this. Please give me some advice about the appropriate way to go about this. I see links to poetry and plays on the pages of these authors but I haven't found much on monologues (for audition purposes). I feel like this is a good deed undone. Any response would be greatly appreciated!

Also, here's a little quote from the guidelines for external links that I thought applied to this situation:
"Many sites are commercial in nature. Although this provides motive to spam them on wiki pages, there is no problem with commercial sites that are useful references. Many major newspaper websites contain heavy advertisement, but they are nonetheless good references. In the end, the best criteria to consider is the content and relevancy."

[edit] Concordia Newsletter
Concordia is currently trying to relaunch. I, and all the members of the ex-council, wish to welcome new members to the group. We are a group who aim to promote remaining civil, in an environment where messages can easily be interpretated wrongly.
[edit] Help out now!
- Try and help people remain civil! Talk to them, and help them in any way possible. Do not be afraid to use the talk page.
- Give people the Civility Barnstar.
- Make and spread some Wikitokens so people know there are people to help if they want assistance.
- Add banners or logos to your userpage to show your support.
- Suggest some ideas! Add 'em to the talk page.
We are a community, so can only work though community contributions and support. It's the helping that counts.
[edit] Decision Making
The council expired one month ago, but due to the current position of the group the current council will remain until the position of the group can be assessed, and whether it would be sensible to keep Concordia going. For most decisions, however, it will be decided by all who choose to partake in discussions. I am trying to relaunch because of the vast amounts of new members we have received, demonstrating that the aims are supported.
If you wish to opt of of further talk-page communications, just let us know here.

Hello
I am trying to create a page and put a picture on the page, but whatever I do, it never seems to work. Can you tell me please how to create a page and be able to put a visible picture on it, not just a link? I always would click the "put an embedded image" button, and the thing would come back as a link. Help?

Chess game, let's do it. By the way, can I put your method of playing the game on my userpage? It is entirely kick-ass! --Kevin 03:35, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Help :)
Hi,
I'm kinda new to this, as you realise. I've added a new page, but have a typo in my heading, because I didn't realise I couldn't change it.
The page reads "Charles page photographer" and should read "Charles Page, photographer". How do I correct it?

[edit] Confused
Hi,
I'm getting confused with your notion of notability - re the article I have submitted on the Australian photographer Charles Page.
Considering that he has documented the decline of steam trains in both Australia, and the world over the last forty years(there is very little other coverage to the extent of his over 30+ years in Australia); that he was the only photographer to document the Australian army convoy from Mogadishu to Baidoa; that he has assisted Red Cross and ICRC with their campaigns against the use of land mines through exhibitions of his photographs of what land mines do to civilians, and arguably increased public opinion against the use of land mines by showing what they do; that he documented the last huskies to leave the Antarctic (the ones that went to the USA, which there is a video of, were not the last - there were six left, five of whom survived the winter and were returned to live out the rest of their lives in Australia (in Tasmania and Melbourne).
These are noteworthy events in the 20th century which no one else has documented.
We now remember our past through photographs. 200 years ago the "common person" knew nothing of the world outside their immediate experience. The advent of photography changed the way we view the world. So much so, that we don't even consciously realise it. Those who record those events, both significant and mundane are leaving a legacy for the future which cannot be measured.
I'd love some feedback on my comments :) I'm passionate about photography, and its legacy, and believe it is too often taken for granted. It has changed the world as we know it. The image preceded the word - and with the advent of cameras in mobile phones - it may succeed the word as well.
Cheers Jacky

[edit] Jewgrass Boys
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Jewgrass Boys, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. [edit] your welcome message
I noticed on another user's page that your personalized welcome message uses {{CURRENTDATE}}, which is very confusing at it, obviously, always states the current time and date, rather than when you posted the message. Please change it to state the date of the post, such as by using five tildes within nowiki in the transcluded page. Thanks, BanyanTree 01:52, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Need Help Please
Hi Zapptastic - You were the original person on my talks page. I need your help again if you can. My wikipedia page was alerted for removal due to non-notable actor which I followed the directions and included the hangon tag and the reason in the discussions tab - I really am co-acting opposite Kerry Washington, Michael Rapaport and Laura Flynn Boyle (it's in IMDB). The page was removed anyway by a Feydey. I asked this user the following question, could you please weigh in on this - the info was moved onto my profile page if you need to see it:
Title: Why Page Removal to user profile
Hey there - quick question why my wikipedia page was removed to my user profile page Mwilfley? My credits are legitimate and should not have been removed. A fellow actor with less credits than I currently has a wikipedia page at : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jessie_Pridemore and another actor example is (he has slightly more but is a co-actor on the production I'm in): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evan_Ross
Follow-up would be great - thank you! Let me know if my agency or the production company needs to update this.
