Zen-To kickboxing club
Zen-to is a Kickboxing club based in Copenhagen, Denmark and one of the largest in the country with more than 400 active members. The club has its training facilities in Svanemøllehallen, a public sports facility in the eastern part of Copenhagen called Østerbro.
The club was founded in 1978 and has an elected board of directors, whom are elected on the annual meeting in February. The club has teams on 4 different levels scaled on skill and experience. Beginners on the 4th team and the most skilled members of the club on the 1st team which also includes some members of the Danish national team. The 1st team is coached by Lars Krusaa.
