Coat of arms for Finnmark county (fylke), Norway. Image from http://www.ngw.nl/int/nor/norway.htm, used by permission of Ralf Hartemink. Converted to png and made background transparent. This official Norwegian coat of arms is ineligible for copyright, but its usage is restricted according to Norwegian penal law. Other countries may or may not have similar restrictions. Usage for purposes of documentation, such as in an encyclopedia, is allowed.
