Best of Rockers 'n' Ballads on Scorpionsin 1989 julkaistu kokoelma-albumi. Alun perin tupla-LP:nä julkaistulla albumilla on 13 kappaletta vuosilta 1979-1988, eli albumeilta Lovedrive (1979), Animal magnetism (1980), Blackout (1982), Love at First Sting (1984) ja Savage Amusement (1988). Kaikilla näillä levyillä soitti yhtyeen klassinen kokoonpano Klaus Meine - Rudolf Schenker - Matthias Jabs - Francis Buchholz - Herman Rarebell. Näiden lisäksi mukana on uusi versio The Whon kappaleesta Can't explain.
