Philip Hansen "Phil" Anselmo (s. 30. kesäkuuta 1968, New Orleans, Louisiana) on hyvin tunnetun amerikkalaisen metalliyhtye Panteran entinen laulaja. Anselmo toimi Panteran laulajana 1986-2003, sen jälkeen kun Terry Glaze jätti yhtyeen.
