And All That Could Have been est le premier live du groupe. Il contient 16 chansons qui ont été enregistrées lors de la tournée Fragility V2.0 aux Etats-Unis en 2000. Ce CD, attendu tout au long de 2001, est un excellent live. Il est sorti simultanément en CD, DVD et cassette VHS. Ce disque existe aussi en version "deluxe", avec un disque supplémentaire, Still.
