Lauren Ambrose ( Lauren Anne D'Ambruoso, née le 20 février 1978 à New Haven, Connecticut, États-Unis ) est une actrice américaine de cinéma et télévision, connue par son rôle de Claire dans Six Feet Under.
Elle a étudié à l'Educational Center for the Arts in New Haven et au Boston University Tanglewood Institute.
