Nos plus belles années (The Way We Were) est un film dramatique américain de Sydney Pollack sorti en 1973.

Ces plus belles années s'écoulent aux USA entre 1937 et 1950. C'est à l'université qu'ils se sont rencontrés, lui, étudiant et play-boy désinvolte, elle, ardente militante communiste. Ils se retrouvent quelques années plus tard à New-York pendant la guerre. Et l'amour fait le reste. Après leur mariage, ils vont habiter à Hollywood : jeune et brillant écrivain, Hubbell prépare un scénario lorsque commence la chasse aux sorcières, la sombre période du maccarthysme...
