The Uplift Mofo Party Plan adalah album ketiga Red Hot Chili Peppers, diterbitkan pada 1987 melalui EMI America. Album ini adalah satu-satunya bersama formasi asli dengan Hillel Slovak dan Jack Irons. Hillel Slovak kemudian meninggal karena overdosis heroin, sehingga Jack Irons juga hengkang. Ini adalah album pertama mereka yang masuk Billboard Hot 200, mencapai peringkat #148.
