[recensere] Hiding translations

Good idea. Why not show the Latin text always and hide the other language(s) - that way, we might educate tirones to try to read the Latin first before they can "look up the solution". We should be aware that when a page is printed, hidden text does not usually appear on the printout. --UV 21:23, 21 Ianuarii 2007 (UTC)

I agree that at the Legatio the translations should be immediately visible. Regarding "monstrare linguas peregrinas", we can use the same template and enter the text "monstrare linguas peregrinas" either as the "header" or as the "label". --UV 23:39, 21 Ianuarii 2007 (UTC)

I made a test on Formula:Monstrare#Exemplum_1 without tables. I think we should avoid tables for translations. Formatting will be easier for the browser without tables. --Rolandus 06:46, 23 Ianuarii 2007 (UTC)

[recensere] Problems with the hide template

Okay, there's either a gliche (sp?) in the new hide template or within my own computer, but just a second ago when clicking on the homophylophilia article the rectangular box for the first picture appeared - not the actual image though - just before the actual template took effect. The time lag wasn't even a second, but it was still present. And I repeated the process a few times, before and after deleting the cookies on my browser, the time after I deleted the cookies, though, the image displayed. Not even for a second, I don't think I even really got to focus on it, but I saw the colors, so there is either a gliche in my computer or with the template. Is there any way we can resolve this problem (providing it lies with the actual template)? Thanks, Alexanderr 23:34, 28 Ianuarii 2007 (UTC)

Hi UV. More tasks, as usual =] :

1. This formula does weird things to Greek... Check out Infinitas#Parmenides et Zeno Eleae. Any ideas?
2. Also, in this particular case as well, is it possible to center the "Textus paradoxi completus [V monstrare]"?
