Time and date of undated comments can be found on history page.

Typing {{subst:undated|01:55, 26 August 2007}} will yield:

—Preceding signed but undated comment was added at 01:55, 26 August 2007

Note that talk page times should always be in UTC. If timezone offset in your prefernces is not 00:00, you'll have to ajust the time taken from history page to UTC. For example:

• your offset is -04:00
• you copy "01:55, 26 August 2007" from history page
• you put {{subst:undated|05:55, 26 August 2007 (UTC)}}

If this is too difficult to figure out, or you are in a hurry, then leave out the time, and only put in the date.

If you frequently use this template, or otherwise refer to UTC, you could consider setting your local time in the preferences to UTC.
