- This image is only used once, to represent the voice actor in question within the infobox of the subject's article. It is not intended to take away from the copyright holder's ability to profit from it.
- This image is a en:head shot of the voice actor, purportedly from an official source, and it is thought to be created for the specific purpose of representing the actor to the public. Thus, it is preferable to other fair use images of the subject.
- A free-licensed image of the voice actor could not be found or created, and it is believed that such images would be difficult to find or create. If a suitable free-licensed image can be found or created, then this photo should be replaced.
- It is thought that the person depicted or copyright holder is not against the use of the picture. If it is known that they are against its use, then it should be removed immediately.
