[fatuʻi vahe] Request
Greetings Tauʻolunga!
Can you please kindly help me create a stub for this article - based on the English article.
Just 3-6 lines would be sufficient enough and your help would be very gratefully appreciated. Thankyou.
(For your information, this church denomination was established in Tonga recently in 2005.)
Regards -- Joseph, 03:17 Wednesday 21 June 2006 (UTC)
Okay, I will stop now. However, that is exactly what I did in Uyghur wikipedia by increasing the number of articles from just 40 to 800. (because I'm an admin there).
- Were the Uyghurians grateful for that? I personally see rather 1 page done well than 800 empties. --Tauʻolunga 08:05, 21 June 2006 (UTC)

- I don't know the answer - not many of those folks have actually discovered wikipedia yet.
- Another good example would be Arpitan/Provencal wikipedia which has 1555 "articles" (mostly stubs).

By the way, Thankyou so much Tauʻolunga for your excellent translation effort. I am very very grateful. May Tongan wikipedia prosper!
(In the future, if you ever need any articles to be translated to the Chinese mandarin language, then I can help out.
Best wishes -- Joseph, 08:00 Wednesday 21 June 2006 (UTC)
[fatuʻi vahe] Spain
Please, how "Spain" is said is it your language? Might you create the article about my country?. Thank you. 88.3.18.156 14:16, 3 Siulai 2006 (UTC)

- Soit bienvenue. Comme tu vois, personne n'a pas encore décidé d'écrire seulement en Tongien, Anglais, Français (ou même Siberien?!) ou non. On a besoin a peu près de 1500000 articles pour dépasser en.wikipedia. --Tauʻolunga 06:07, 24 Siulai 2006 (UTC)
[fatuʻi vahe] Images
Hello! I see you have done big job for Wiki. I'm specially interested in bulding gallery at Commons. I hope you can help me - just don't put your images here, but upload them at Commons. I also see you don't write the license of picture. Please remember, that you should do that. If you have some public domain pictures please remember to put them on commons - then I can use them at other languages Wikis. (like this).
Best wishes, Klapi 10:40, 22 ʻOkatopa 2006 (UTC)
- All new pictures are provided with a fakamatala template, which includes a license. The photographer is not always known though. Most pictures, however, I consider not useful outside Tonga. But if you have different ideas about that, tell me which ones you would like to see commonised. --Tauʻolunga 20:16, 22 ʻOkatopa 2006 (UTC)
[fatuʻi vahe] ’eta
Hello, Académie Tahitienne decide on its grammar to choose the quote close (’) to represente the glottal stop. At the Fare Vāna’a website's I found the list and the chosed form. Also, a tahitian friend said me that the quote close was the "official" form. So, these are my sources for the representation of the glottal stop.
My knowledge of reo tahiti is limited and I use simple texts. So, the easiest way was write articles of catalan places, because I have difficulties for the good transcription of the french polynesian islands in tahitian.
En un autre ordre des choses, mes félicitations pour le travail que vous faites dans la wikipedia en tongalais. C'est vraiment magnifique!
À bientôt,

[fatuʻi vahe] A question from Germany
Hello! I am Rostam and I work in the German Wikipedia. My English isn't very well, but I hope you will understand what I am trying to say. The German Wikipedia, hasn't got an article about this: Koe Fasi Oe Tui Oe Otu Tonga . It would be very nice, if you write an atricle in the German Wikipedia about this!!! If you want, you can write here And you can leave me a message on this page. Thank you very much! Rostam 1
If you speak German, here is the German text: Hallo, ich heiße Rostam und arbeite in der deutschen Wikipedia. Vielen Dank! Rostam 1
Thank you very much! Rostam 1 14.12.2006

[fatuʻi vahe] Re: "unknown" vandal
Yes, it is always the same person, and he is active on all wikis for far more than one year now. The best that you can do: Create a page like iu:Wikipedia:Protected pages and list all target pages there (using {{:name of the page}}) and protect that page to edit:sysop+move:sysop with the cascade option. He always comes to the same target pages as you might have noticed already. (Just go through the deletion log and look for MediaWiki talk pages and pages with names containing w/index.php.) And you should block the IPs (all of them) either. They are Open proxies and the Wikimedia policy is to not allow users from Open Proxies to edit. But please don't check the two boxes when blocking the IPs, so that users having an account can edit furthermore (for example people from PR China who are not allowed to access Wikipedia by law and who have to use Open Proxies to avoid state censorship). Thank you for working on this project here. :o) --Thogo 00:16, 2 ʻEpeleli 2007 (UTC)
[fatuʻi vahe] Kurów
Could you please write a stub http://to.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kur%C3%B3w - just a few sentences based on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kur%C3%B3w ? Only 3-5 sentences enough. Please.
PS. Article about Kurów is already on 166 languages. If you do that, please put interwiki link into English version. If your village/town/city hasn't on PL wiki, I can do article about it. (I'm first author of requests) Pietras1988 TALK 08:47, 9 ʻEpeleli 2007 (UTC)
