If you go to http://war.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Wantedpages you can see a list of pages which have a lot of links to them, but haven't been created yet. Sometimes this can be useful to find which articles are most needed.
Also, I suggest you ask for adminship: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_permissions
That way, you can translate the user interface to Waray-Waray.

- gracias por la información, la idea era usar zona de pruebas para probar alguna modificaciones con un bot, al estar sandox bajo wikipedia:sandbox, no podía trabajar ya que esta usa el namespace=>wikipedia, si se me puede conceder dicha creación de página lo agradecería... ya que los artículos normalmente no se trabajan en este namespace.
- PD:prefiero hacer pruebas allí que no en artículos válidos.
