Álvaro Alfonso de Miranda Neto (born 5 February 1973 is a Brazilian show jumper and equestrian who participated for Brazil at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Known as Doda de Miranda, he also participated at the 2003 Pan American Games
De Miranda's main sponsor was Visa in the past. Nowadays his main sponsor is Audi. [1]

He has trained with Nelson Pessoa in Belgium and he and his wife, also active on the Show Jumping circuit, divide their time between a flat in Brussels and a luxury penthouse in São Paulo. Another famous Show jumping rider, Rodrigo Pessoa, is one of Doda's best friends. Rodrigo was actually the best man at Doda's wedding. They are almost always in the same competitions and also train together.

De Miranda's first wife was Sibele Dorsa, a fashion model and Big Brother participant, by whom he has a daughter, Viviane de Miranda y Dorsa.
Since 2005, he has been married to his second wife, the former Athina Roussel, a Greek shipping heiress and fellow equestrian who legally changed her name to Athina Onassis de Miranda in 2006.
