Which is it? It should be consistent throughout the article.

[edit] It has to be Iker not Íker...

In Spanish there are no accent marks on capital letters, never. Plus, Iker Casillas name is always written without the accent even though by the spanish grammar there is supossed to be an accent. Proper names never have mistakes, so if Iker Casillas writes his own name without the accent therefore it wont be used. Please change the title of the article to Iker Casillas without the accent mark because it is a big mistake...

In Spanish the capital letters have an accent mark, same as with small case. What happens is that there is an allowance for not writing them, which is a remmant of the time of old printing in which it was impossible to use accent marks for newspapers. The matter is much more simple. It is Iker because it is a Basque name.
