Óscar Miñambres Pascual (born January 1, 1981 in Madrid) is a Spanish football right-sided fullback, who plays for Real Madrid. Miñambres is one of the unluckiest footballers in the world; he was toppled by injury two times, and the recent injury was in a last year training session. Miñambres played in Real Madrid's youth Academy, and graduated from the youth ranks in 2002. Miñambres made his Champions League debut in 2001- 2002 season, in a match against Porto, where he crossed a ball in the early minutes to Santiago Solari, who put it in the back of the net. He also took the function of one corner kick. Miñambres played a friendly match against Atletico Madrid in December 2006 and will be added to the squad officially when the January transfer window opens. He was granted kit No. 16 in the Match against Ateltico. He now has the kit No. 25 in Real Madrid.
