I reverted your edits on the population of Lisbon since the official population of the city (as defined by the city authority limits) is 500.000 and not 1.500.000. Even though it is true that the metropolitan area has a much larger population, over 2.000.000, that should be refered under population of the Lisbon metropolitan area since most of these people live outside the council of Lisbon jurisdiction area. Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! --Thatdog 00:02, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed content from Ancient Rome. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. --james(talk) 14:52, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
