Someone added a TOC + clear at the beginning of the article. I don't think this is a good idea. In most cases it's better to let formatting issues take care of themselves rather than using TOC, and having a huge blank below the intro looks even worse than having a slightly misplaced first storm. To improve the formatting, however, a "storm summary" section could be added at the top of the article. — jdorje (talk) 07:46, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
