From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This IP address, 208.198.210.253, is registered to Carroll County Public Library and is shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.
If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Darcrist 19:14, 31 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Vandalism to Warren G. Harding page
This is to note that your vandalism to the Warren G. Harding article (blanking the scandal section) has been reverted. Noting that additional vandalism to other articles has occurred from the IP address before, I would support any sysops action against this IP address if the vandalism continues. [edit] Long term block
This IP number is a chronic vandal, and has contributed nothing but vandalism to Wikipedia. Several short term blocks have not served as deterrent. Numerous warnings have been deleted from this talk page (see [1]). I am hereby blocking this IP from editing, indefinitely. --Woggly 21:26, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Request for modification of block terms
Testing... yay! Thanks very much! Hersfold (talk|work) 15:53, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
