This image,28dayschris.jpg, is being linked here; though the image is copyright, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 02:31, 2 February 2007 (UTC)) feel that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low-resolution screenshot from the film in question;
it is being used for identification and critical commentary on the film 28 Days Later and the role played by Christopher Eccleston in that film;
no more free alternative exists or can exist;
the use of the image in this article will in no way infringe on the copyright owner's rights, or ability to market the programme or ancillary works.
