This address is one of a pool routers that serve as the external gateway for all of IBM North America, which serves about 110K employees and contractors. Blocking this router will not be an effective deterant to vandalism, since there are other routers in the pool. Please note that vandalism and other inappropriate online behaviour is counter to the IBM Business Conduct Guidelines, and can lead to reprimands or employment termination.
