This is showing two decorations the group received
In the middle of the photo, Alexander Lukashenko, could barely be seen (grey suit). While we cannot see his face, his presence is showing that he supports the group and their activities, along with his government. Zach (Sound Off) 06:52, 29 September 2005 (UTC)
