No - You see, in the English language, we switch the first and last name so it conforms to OUR standard.

For the matter, buy the official novel from VIZ Media... or the manga from TOKYOPOP - Both switch the name order around. Also, the sub you have is a Korean English-language sub - Not really an official U.S. release anyway. WhisperToMe 22:49, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Chigusa is her last (family) name...
But, in the VIZ English-language manga, she is addressed by her first name, Takako. 千草贵子
- 千 = Chi
- 草 = Gusa
- 贵 = Taka
- 子 = Ko
