Lackluster Life is a solo music project made by musician Mike Lucek of Kingman, Arizona. The project has been operational since June of 2006 with every song made going directly online to a Purevolume.com profile page for free download to the masses. The genre of his songs range from experimental lo-fi to acoustic folk. For the last few months ending 2006 Mike teamed up with a local friend HT Green (owner of the music project The Duke Vineyard) and recorded some higher quality tracks including Green Bottle Wednesday, Labor Day Came Early This Year, Dependence, Chupacabra (Ver. 2.0), and a Live Set at HT's Bye-Bye Bash.

Currently Mike is writing and attempting to save for the quality recording equipment that he lacks. He plans to release an album in the future with the specific details currently unveiled publicly.
