A Man Called Shenandoah was a western series that aired on ABC from 1965 to 1966. It starred Robert Horton as a man who was found shot and left for dead on the trail and is revived. He has no recollection of his past and, calling himself Shenandoah, roams the West in search of his identity.
The series ran for 34 episodes. Later in the one-year run of the series we find out that he was a Union Officer in the western theater of the Civil War and an expert card player. Horton sang the theme song "Oh Shenandoah".
