Achmet

Achmet is the turkish transliteration of a Arabic given name Ahmed that comes from the Arabic Triconsonantal root of H-M-D ("praise"), meaning "highly praised" implying "one who constantly thanks God". One of prophet Muhammad's many names is Ahmed.
