I'm reverting the changes made by Kimse. As "Standard Azerbaijani" may be interpreted as either Iranian or Azerbaijan Azerbaijani, I don't think it's appropriate to use Latin script. Plus, IPA is universal, Turkic notation is not. Straughn 17:20, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
