Agesilaus (Greek Ἀγησίλαος) was a Greek historian who wrote a work on the early history of Italy, fragments of which are preserved in Plutarch "Parallel Lives" (Parallela, p. 312), and in Stobaeus' Florilegium (ix, 27; liv. 49; lxv. 10)
