Ah! Always With You? (Japanese: ああっいつもキミと共にっ？ - Aa! Itsumo Kimi to Tomo ni?) is episode number 24 of season 1 of the Ah! My Goddess (TV) series originally aired 2005-07-07.
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
After the defeat of the Lord of Terror, in which Keiichi is injured by the Lord of Terror while saving Skuld, the three Goddesses and Keiichi head back to the now destroyed Temple. Keiichi, now possessed by the Lord of Terror takes Midgards flute and leaves Belldandy with the option of killing Keiichi or allowing the Earth to be destroyed. Furthermore the Valkyrie Lind descends with orders to kill the Lord of Terror (and Keiichi in the process).
