Aim For The Head originally formed in November 2005 with the following members:
Sammy Insayne, Dom Tarasek, Rob Andrews and Jack Middleton.

The band recorded their first EP, Mine To Kill in 2006 and was released in July the same year.

The band split in October 2006.

There had been rumours of Aim For The Head getting back together, and as of January 2007 it had been mentioned on their myspace page that there would be a brand new myspace page, which implied the rumours to be true.

Sammy Insayne is the stage name for the artist, Sam Brown (not to be confused with Samantha Brown, the daughter of the rock'n'roll star Joe Brown and singer Vicki Brown).
Sammy Insayne plays drums in the metal band Existend.
