Aizuhongou, Fukushima

Aizuhongo (会津本郷町; -machi) is a town located in Ōnuma District, Fukushima, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 6,500 and a density of 161.85 persons per km². The total area is 40.16 km².
In October, 2005, Aizuhongo merged with Niitsuru and Aizutakada to form Aizumisato.
