Al-hamdu lillahi rabbil 'alamin
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Al-hamdu lillahi rabbil 'alamin (Arabic script الحمد لله ربّ العالمين) is the first verse of the first Surah of the Qur'an (assuming that the introductory Basmala is not counted as the first verse).
The English translation is "Praise be to God, the lord of the worlds".
