Al Kresta

Al Kresta is a Catholic broadcaster, journalist, author, and missionary. Kresta, who detailed his personal conversion to Christ and return to the Catholic Church in the best-selling book Surprised by Truth, founded Ave Maria Communications in 1997 and hosts a talk show called Kresta in the Afternoon, which runs for two hours a day, from Monday to Friday. Kresta is also the author of Why Do Catholics Genuflect? And Answers to Other Puzzling Questions About the Catholic Faith and a contributor to both Shaken by Scandals: Catholics Speak Out About Priests' Sexual Abuse and Loving Your Neighbor. Mr. Kresta and his wife Sally have been married for 27 years.
