- If Hezbollah were allowed copyright, then it would be the copyright holder. Nonetheless, on this non-profit Wikipedia project, its fair use is justified because it
- familiarizes users of Wikipedia with the subject
- promotes teaching
- can be viewed by researchers.
- no free alternative available.
- the source text is discussed in the article.
- does not detract from the value of the text, or the copyright holder's ability to make further profit from it.
