Alberto Enrique Blanco (born 8 January 1978) is a Panamanian football midfielder who plays for Al-Nasr.
He was a member of the Panamanian 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup team, who finished second in the tournament. He made his debut for "La Marearoja" in 2000 and collected over 40 caps, scoring one goal.
