Ludwig "Ninny" Bruschi took a plea deal and pled guilty to loansharking charges on Fri, January 20, 2006 and received 4 1/2 - 5 years, they most likely dropped the gambling charges as part of the plea deal, so I thaught he would be getting out by 2011, except if from what I've seen, Bruschi was again indicted some time in 2005 with Lawrence "Larry Fab/Little Larry" Dentico, Michael Crincoli and 12 others. Alleged Acting Boss, Dominic "Quiet Dom" Cirillo, Acting Underboss John "Johnny Sausage" Barbato, Acting Consigliere Dentico and Capo Anthony "Tico" Antico were indicted and arrested in April of 2005, Dentico was held in custody and some time after that, as far as I can tell before he pled out with Cirillo, Barbato and Antico in 2006, he was again indicted along with Ludwig "Ninny" Bruschi, Michael Crincoli and 12 others on loansharking, gambling and racketeering charges, but I haven't been able to find out anymore info on that situation. I don't know if they've had a trial, pled or anything else, does anybody have any info on this. Here's the indictment. [[1]]
