The image Image:Altgens_blowup.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Radio Kirk talk to me 23:39, 4 May 2006 (UTC)) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a copy of a photograph released by the Associated Press for dissemination in accompaniment of a major news story;
It is one of the most widely disseminated and reproduced photographs of a news event in US and global history;
No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose; and
Reproduction of the image is not believed to limit the copyright owners' rights in any way.
