American Statistical Association

The American Statistical Association (ASA) is a scientific and educational society in the United States with the stated mission to promote excellence in the application of statistical science across the wealth of human endeavor.
The ASA is the second oldest professional association in the United States (after the American Philosophical Society). It was founded in Boston, Massachusetts on November 27, 1839.
The ASA publishes several scientific journals:
