Naomh Pádraig An Lúb is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in The Loup. The club is a member of the Derry GAA. Underage teams play in the South Derry league and championships. They currently cater for both Gaelic football and Camogie. The club was originally called St. Patrick's Loup, but the name has since been renamed to its Irish equivilant. Many Derry GAA followers still refer to the club as "The Loup".
