- furniture: (one of the) first evidence for stools, beds and tables comes from the ancient Egyptian tombs like Tut-ench-Amuns.
- pillar: first pillars when the ends of walls were separated from the west
- first monumental stone building (in Sakkhara)
- (one of the, if not the) first decimal system
