Andala Ramudu is the first film for comedian and actor Sunil as hero. In this he paired with Arthi Agarwal, the glamorous doll in the Telugu film industry.

Ramudu (Sunil), who left the village 12 years ago, returns to marry his uncle's daughter, Radha(Arthi Agarwal). He finds that Radha is loving a villager named Akash. With the help of his brother, Ramudu marries Radha by sending Akash to jail. Situations become critical when Radha comes to know this fact. What did Ramudu do for his loving Radha becomes climax.
