Andreas Valen-Sendstad

Andreas Valen-Sendstad (born July 18, 1980) is a Norwegian writer and TV host. He has published various short stories. He has been mostly known in Norwegian media for showing up at celebrity parties in wacky costumes, wild lifestyle, and for his association with other famous Norwegians, including Ari Behn, Trond Giske and Ane Dahl Torp. Formerly known as Andreas Aksel Levernes, he is also the founder of Norway's biggest MacGyver fanclub.
Valen-Sendstad has lately been the subject of some controversy, concerning his standing on social issues in Norway. Some of his celeb friends turned against him when he attacked the gay movement for not paying enough attention to animal's rights, championing the slogan "I'd rather go with a wacky costume than with fur".
