Andriy Vorobei (born November 29, 1978 in Donetsk, Donetsk oblast, Ukraine) is a professional footballer. He is currently a forward for FC Shakhtar Donetsk as well as a member of the Ukrainian national football team. In the 2000-01 season Vorobei was the leading scorer with 21 goals. He has been a member of Shakhtar Donetsk since 1995 and has amassed 79 goals in 209 matches in the Ukrainian Premier League.
